Mr. Eshwar Naidu began his professional career by setting up a Civil Contractor firm in 1987. He has expanded into construction and real estate development. He founded GR Constructions in Bangalore in 1999. He has over 27 years of experience in civil contract works, project execution, corporate planning and supply chain management. With a long-term vision of growing into a World-class organization, GRC began the process of building its engineering and marketing teams and filling the organization with professionally qualified people. GRC's growing reputation has helped it attract high-caliber people in increasing numbers over the years. Modern HR practices were introduced and an extensively computerized environment created.
